Dr. Karim Mahmoud is an internal medicine physician with a strong focus on preventive health, cardiovascular medicine, and patient-centered care. He completed his medical degree with honors in Medicine and Surgery from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, and went on to complete his Internal Medicine residency at Wayne State University in the United States. Dr. Mahmoud has extensive experience working as a hospitalist across several major medical centers, including Ascension Health, Floyd Medical Center, and Houston Medical Center. Throughout his career, he has been deeply involved in clinical research, with multiple peer-reviewed publications and ongoing research interests in cardiovascular disease prevention, vascular imaging, and innovative diagnostic strategies. He is also the founder and CEO of MDtele, a healthcare initiative focused on preventive medicine, digital health solutions, and personalized wellness programs designed to improve long-term health outcomes and expand access to care. Dr. Mahmoud is an active member of the American College of Physicians (ACP) and the American College of Cardiology (ACC). His professional interests include preventive cardiology, telemedicine, healthcare innovation, and integrating technology into modern medical practice. Outside of medicine, Dr. Mahmoud enjoys outdoor sports and activities and has a background in martial arts and parachuting.

Sylvia Silvestri RN, the Beverly Hills RN, holds workshops in Beverly Hills once a month, as well as travels nationally and internationally, exchanging ideas, reviewing new domestic and international developments in her field, with an emphasis on training physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses in the art of facial injectables and trademarked procedures Vampire Facelift, Vampire Facial, Vampire Breast lift, the O-Shot, and the Priapus shot.
