Dr. Sudy received both his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. Following medical school, he served as a Flight Surgeon in the Air Force. during that time, he was involved with establishing the Health and Wellness Center on base as well as serving as Chief of Flight Medicine. Following his active duty commitment, he completed an Emergency Medicine residency at the University of Louisville, serving as Chief Resident in his senior year. Dr. Sudy, a Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician, now dedicates his practice to vein, cosmetic and wellness services utilizing results oriented, proven and safe procedures. Dr. Sudy is highly trained in laser treatments including laser hair removal, cosmetic laser surgery and vein therapies utilizing lasers and minimally invasive techniques. He is a member of the American College of Phlebology and the American Society of Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Sudy has been featured several times on Fox Charlotte and has written numerous articles for magazines and online publications.

Dr. Black is the owner and operator of New Day Wellness in Charlotte, North Carolina. After finishing her undergraduate degree in human development and family studies at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, Dr. Black attended medical school. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City (now Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai).
